Hip Hop/ Money Holder Tutorial

Hip Hop!!

It is Thursday which means that the Unity and {ippity} DT girls have created
some projects meant to inspire the creative souls inside of you!
As always, we start the Hip Hop over at the Unity Blog
and follow along the hop by clicking on the fancy icons
that will take you to the next blog!

It's OK if you start here too, but just be sure to go the Unity Blog next to start at the beginning and circle back to here!  The link to the Unity blog will be found at the bottom of this post!

This is Kelly here and I wanted to shout from the mountain tops that our own

Lisa Henke
for being one of the next Dirty Girls at SCS!!

Yippity!!

We are so proud of you Lisa and wish you a wonderful time on the Dirt Pile!!

I also want to take a moment to personally welcome our
two newest DT members joining the Ippity family!

If you missed yesterday's announcement, we are welcoming

Karen Maldonado
and

Lisa Arana

onto the {ippity} DT.  They have been involved in the ippity forums, hops and challenges and create wonderful projects that we are sure will inspire you time after time!!  We can't wait to have them join our blog schedule in May!  But I am sure you will be seeing them around even more on the forums too!

I had the pleasure of issuing this week's challenge for Monday's Hippity Hop which was to make a

Money Holder!!

As promised, I am back today to show you in a picture tutorial just how I did it.

There are two versions for creating the window for the money to show through, one is for the newer style of american money and the other is for the older style.  So take note of that as you follow along with the steps!

Thanks for taking a look at my tutorial and I hope you will give it a try!

Leave a comment below for a chance to win the {ippity} stamp set
Life's Little Moments
Heather will announce the winner tomorrow on her Fresh Ideas post!

Now it is off to the Unity Blog if you still need to do the hop!
