HaPpY HiP HoP!!!
It's Eva here today and I bring you another quick and easy flower tutorial, this time using felt.
I made my card for Maria's Birthday with these flowers and here is what I did to create my card.
First I took an 8.5" x 11" felt I bought at Michaels and cut 3 wavy strips (each of them will make a flower)
Then I took my Helmar 450 Liquid Adhesive and started rolling and gluing my felt to create the flower and here is what they look like in a closeup. Aren't they cute?
Next, I cut free hand leaves from a green piece of felt. My felt had white ink dots on it and originally I thought I would use it, but at the end I just turned it on the plain side to create my card with.
Next I cut my card base out using one of my Silhouette files.
And at last to create my card, I used the following papers (October Afternoon and Pink Paislee) and of course gingham, since that is what Maria loves. :)
And here is what the card looks like with the use of Ippity stamps
Well, that is it for the tutorial. Hope you make a little felt flower in the future, would love to see it on some of your cards!
