$125 in sales = 1 free set up to a $24 value
$175 in sales = 1 free set (valued at $24) AND 40% off 1 set
$225 in sales = 2 free sets up to $24 each set
$275 in sales = 2 free sets up to $24 each set AND 40% off 1 set
